Green light to Renova's planned acquisition of Sulzer

Brussels, 19/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 18 June, the European Commission authorised the planned acquisition of the Swiss company Sulzer AG by Renova Industries Ltd, established in the Bahamas. Both companies are active in thin film coating of metal tools and components. The Commission's analysis focused mainly on the German market, which is the centre of gravity for Sulzer's activities in this field.
