10/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 10 June, the European Commission gave its go-ahead to the proposed concentration whereby Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (France), belonging to the French state, Météo-France, also belonging to the French state, and NYSE Euronext (USA) will agree to acquire joint control of MetNext (France) through share swap.
