12/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Hermes Private Equity Directs Ltd (Hermes) of the UK by Bridgepoint Capital Group Ltd (Bridgepoint), also of the UK. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
