12/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of NOVA Chemicals Corporation (NOVA) of Canada by International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) of the United Arab Emirates.. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
