Brussels, 09/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - If everything goes well, the General Affairs Council is expected to adopt, during its meeting on 27 April, the legislative acts that will allow for €5bn to be mobilised from Community funds for the European recovery plan. This should therefore allow the European Parliament to ratify this aid package at the beginning of May.
