Brussels, 09/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 8 April, the European Commission decided that four measures adopted by the public authorities in favour of the United Kingdom's postal incumbent, Royal Mail, between 2001 and 2007 were in line with EU state aid rules.
