Monitoring by the EIB had been inadequate in the past and had been recently upgraded in order to reach a satisfactory level”: these were the mixed conclusions of the Court of Auditors report on banking measures in the Mediterranean area in the context of the MEDA programme and the previous protocols, published on Wednesday 18 March.
