Brussels, 17/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - EU27 foreign ministers have decided without debate to invite the Guinean authorities to Brussels to take part in the political consultation process in order to try and set Guinea on the road to democracy. The consultation process, to be conducted in pursuance to Article 96 of the Cotonou Agreement, was suggested by the European Commission on 16 February this year (EUROPE 9842).
