04/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 2 March, the European Commission proposed that the Community sign the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in
Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Railway Rolling Stock ("the Rail Protocol" or "the Luxembourg Protocol") adopted in Luxembourg the 23 February 2007. The Council is expected to adopt this decision. (L.C./transl.rh)
