Brussels, 27/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - The euro area (EA16) seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was 8.2% in January 2009, compared with 8.1% in December 2008, according, to information published on Friday 27 February by Eurostat, the Statistical Office of the European communities.
