19/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - Danuta Hübner, the Polish commissioner responsible for regional policy, has announced that she will be running for the Civic Platform in the European elections in June. Ms Hübner thus joins her Belgian colleague, Louis Michel (Development), and Luxembourg colleague, Vivane Reding (Telecommunications), who have already announced their candidature for the European ballot (EUROPE 9834).
