Louis Michel welcomes swearing in of Morgan Tsvangirai as Prime Minister

Brussels, 11/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - Morgan Tsvangirai, the main opponent to Robert Mugabe and winner of the first round of the presidential elections held in Zimbabwe on 29 March, took oath as his rival's prime minister in Harare on Wednesday 11 February, in line with the power-sharing agreement signed on 15 September last year.
