Parliament brings no amendments in approving Council common position on European Training Foundation

Brussels, 18/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 16 December, the European Parliament adopted a regulation reforming the European training Foundation (ETF). After it proved impossible to adopt this regulation on first reading just over six month ago, the Council agreed a common position which took on most of the EP's first reading amendments, the aim of which was mainly to improve relations between the Foundation and the Parliament.
