10/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 3 December, the European Commission announced the list of the 25 finalists of the 2009 RegioStars Awards (http: //ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/cooperation/interregional/ecochange/doc/stars2009_finalist.doc). The objective of the RegioStars Awards is to identify good practice in regional development and to highlight original and innovative projects. The winners will be announced on 16 February 2009 at the annual Regions for Economic Change conference....
