09/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 9 December, the EU Council of Ministers adopted, without debate, a decision authorising the European Commission to open and conduct negotiations on a fisheries partnership agreement with the Republic of Guinea (see EUROPE 9799 on the proposal). The Council approved the negotiating instructions annexed to the recommendation. (L.C./transl.rt)
