08/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 4 December, the EU Council of Ministers adopted, without debate, a regulation authorising the annual turbot quota in the Black Sea to be exceeded by up to 10% in 2008. The current state of the stock allows this decision to be taken.
