Brussels, 19/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - As part of the Year of Intercultural Dialogue, the European Parliament listened on Wednesday 15 November 2008 to Sir Jonathan Sacks, Great Rabbi of the United Jewish Congregations of the Commonwealth, author of the book “The Dignity of Difference” written after 11 September 2001, who said that even in a secular society, it is important to recognise the positive role of religion in Europe.
