Brussels, 11/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - EU Foreign Minsters decided on Monday 11 November to allocate €212 million to Somalia to strengthen institutions and for the economic and social development of the country taking account of the needs of the poorest sections of the population, and €3.8 million to cover unexpected needs over the 2008-2013 period.
