03/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 3 November, the Commission gave the go-ahead for the acquisition of sole control of Rezidor Hotel Group AB of Sweden by the American group Carlson, which also specialises in hotels and restaurants. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (C.D./transl.rt)
