Brussels, 29/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 28 October, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) published a preliminary list of 15 chemical products of very high concern, which are to be subjected to an authorisation procedure under the REACH regulation. The list includes the brominated flame retardant HBCDD and three phthalates (DEHP, DBP and BBP).
