Brussels, 13/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - According to still provisional estimates released by the European Commission on Monday 13 October, seven member states (Austria, Cyprus, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, and Netherlands) have exceeded their milk quotas by some 1.2 million tonnes in total (deliveries and direct sales) during the 2007-2008 marketing year.
