Brussels, 01/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 15-16 October at the European Council, Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen will limit his contribution to a presentation of the results of the study commissioned by the Irish government on the reasons why 53.4% of the Irish rejected the Lisbon Treaty at the referendum on 12 June (EUROPE 9738).
