12/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - Luxembourg has a new permanent representative to the EU. On 1 September 2008, Christian Braun, formerly Luxembourg's ambassador to Austria and Slovenia and director of international economic relations at Luxembourg's foreign ministry since 2007, took over from Martine Schommer, who has been appointed as Luxembourg's ambassador in Berlin.
