Brussels, 10/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 10 September, the European Commission opened an in-depth investigation into Romania's plans to grant €57 million in state aid for a staff training programme at the Ford Motors car factory in Craiova, in the south-west of Romania.
