04/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - Andrzej Wielowieyski, the former vice president of the Polish Senate and a figure from the Polish democratic opposition, replaced Bronislaw Geremek as an MEP (ALDE, Poland), who died in a car crash on 13 July last.
