04/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - In a press release published on Thursday 4 September on the European Parliament vote to include the classification of UN hazardous substances (GHS) in EU legislation (EUROPE 9732), the European Craft and SME Employers' Organisation (UEAPME), criticised the EP and Council compromise stipulating that substances produced in small quantities (less than a tonne) have to be notified.
