04/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 4 September, the European Commission approved the acquisition of joint control of Colbison SAS, which is active in commercial catering under the trade name “Buffalo Grill”, by investment companies Abvenex Capital and Nataxis Private Equity, both of France. A second operation involving two pharmaceutical companies was also given the go-ahead: sole control of Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd of India was acquired by Daiitchi Sankyo Company Ltd of Japan....
