04/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 4 September, the European Commission announced the names of the 20 members of the expert group on credit history (see EUROPE 9683). It is the task of the expert group is to identify, by May 2009, the legal, regulatory and administrative obstacles which restrict cross-border access to credit data in the EU.
