Brussels, 28/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 27 August, the European Commission gave clearance for the proposed acquisition of certain animal assets of Schering-Plough (SP Assets) by Pfizer. Schering-Plough and Pfizer are both US pharmaceutical companies.
