Brussels, 20/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - By the end of the week, a decision should be taken as to whether to hold the European Parliament plenary session, scheduled for 1 to 4 September, in Strasbourg. After the ceiling of the Strasbourg parliament collapsed on 7 August, the September session, which was initially programmed to be held in the Alsatian capital, may now have to be held in Brussels.
