Brussels, 06/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - The EU's 'Community Independent Transaction Log' (CITL, an electronic accounting system keeping track of the emissions allowances of companies in the EU carbon market) and Member States' registries will be connected to the UN's International Transaction Log (ITL) by December 2008.
