Brussels, 30/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the French Presidency of the EU welcomed the transfer of Radovan Karadzic to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague as an important stage in reconciliation in the Balkans and in the process of Serbia moving closer to the EU.
