Brussels, 09/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 July the European Parliament is expected to examine two draft resolutions on the situation in China, following the earthquake and ahead of the Olympic Games. Although these very measured texts call on the Chinese authorities to carry out further progress in the areas of human rights, the debate on Wednesday afternoon in Strasbourg, was transformed into a collective uproar against Nicolas Sarkozy's decision to attend the opening ceremony...
