Brussels, 03/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament plenary in Strasbourg opens on 7 July and finishes on 10 July. It will be marked by the presentation on Thursday 10 July by the presentation of the French Presidency of the EU's programme. From 7-10 July, MEPs will have a series of joint discussions on food additives, energy markets, Community railways and social security.
