Saint-Cloud, 03/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - EU27 environment ministers meeting in Informal Council on 3 July in Saint Cloud under French presidency are all convinced of the need to now reflect on the way the EU may rapidly move on from a unilateral reduction of 20% in greenhouse gas emissions by 2020 to a reduction of 30% as part of an international climate agreement in Copenhagen (December 2009).
