Collective letter from Arab ambassadors against strengthened cooperation with Israel

Brussels, 13/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - Arab ambassadors with the EU addressed a joint letter to the Council and Commission on Thursday 12 June, in which they warn against the initiative attributed to the two institutions to want to strengthen relations with Israel. “The upgrading in the level of cooperation between the EU and Israel will give the latter a wrong message to continue its present policy”, they say, expressing “deep concern for the going ahead with this attempt” in the...
