Counterfeit product seizures at all-time high - cooperation with China improving, notes László Kovács

Brussels, 19/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - From medications to foodstuffs, all economic sectors are now victims of counterfeiting or pirating, a report published on Monday 19 May by the European Commission on customs activities in 207 reveals. The Commission notes a dramatic increase in copied articles which pose a potential risk to consumers (razor blades, moisturising creams, medications, toys, foodstuffs).
