30/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 30 April, the European Commission approved the proposed acquisition of sole control of Swiss Life Belgium NV by Delta Lloyd NV (Netherlands), belonging to the Aviva group. Delta Lloyd is a financial services company. Swiss Life Belgium is a life insurer with a focus on pension products. (O.L.)
