22/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - The EU High Representative has declared that the Pakistani authorities should not launch negotiations with Al-Quaida rebels in the west of the country. During his one day visit on Tuesday 22 April, Javier Solana met Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, and Minister for Foreign Affairs Shah Mehmood Quereshi.
