Brussels, 21/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - In mid-June, the European Commission is due to present a proposal for the review of the “Eurovignette” directive (taxation of heavy goods vehicles for use of certain road infrastructure) which will take account of external costs (congestion, pollution, road accidents) caused by the transport sector.
