Brussels, 03/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - Louis Michel, European Development and Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, has expressed concern about the delay in forming a coalition government in Kenya and fully supports the call made by Kofi Annan, who acts as facilitator, to Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki and to Raila Odinga, who is opposition leader and designate prime minister, so that they respect “both the spirit and the letter” of the power-sharing agreement sealed on 28 February 2008.
