Brussels, 14/03/2008 (Agence Europe) -Agriculture ministers from EU member states will be meeting at 11.00am on Monday 17 March to adopt conclusions on the common agricultural policy (CAP) health check and to adopt a regulation to increase dairy quotas by 2% for the 2008-9 marketing year.
