Brussels, 30/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - The examination, on Wednesday 30 January, of four updated stability or convergence programmes has proved more disappointing than the previous round. While most of the countries concerned by last week's evaluation came out with flying colours (see EUROPE 9586), the Commission noted a lack of ambition by France, Italy, Romania and Slovakia.
