Brussels, 30/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - Dalia Grybauskaité, the Commissioner for the Budget, suggested on Tuesday 29 January that the Lisbon Treaty, once ratified, could serve as a framework for reform of the EU budget between 2008 and 2010 and in setting the new spending priorities.
