03/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 27 November, the European Commission adopted the proposal on the agreement modifying the WTO tariff quota applicable to New Zealand butter. The quantity of the quota is 74,693 tonnes and the duty applicable under the quota is 70 euros/100 kg. Once adopted by the Council, the provisions of this agreement will apply from 1 January 2008.
