03/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission announced on Monday 3 December that it had approved the acquisition of sole control of parts of the Sempra Energy Group (Sempra Companies) of the US by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (RBS) of the UK. The operation will create RBS Sempra Commodities LLP, a limited liability partnership to be established under UK law. (L.C.)
