Parliament says yes to framework directive on soil protection which leaves member states with sufficient flexibility

Strasbourg, 14/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The highly controversial proposed framework directive on soil protection has finally gained the blessing of the European Parliament, in Strasbourg on 14 November.
