Luxembourg, 17/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - A declaration of intent involving €350 million was signed in Paris on 16 October 2007 by French Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development Jean-Louis Borloo, EIB Vice-President Philippe de Fontaine Vive, and Chairman of the Management Board of Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne (CNCE) Charles Milhaud.
