05/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - This week, the European Commission suggested that the Council renew the mandate of Erhard Busek of Austria as special coordinator for the South-East Europe Stability Pact established in 1999. If approved by the member states, the new term of office will run from 1 January to 30 June 2008. (hb)
