Brussels, 05/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 24 October 2007 the European Parliament will be awarding the Lux Prize to the European film with the most obvious European dimension. The prize was set up by the European Parliament to encourage the distribution of European cinema. The winning prize will receive financial backing to enable it to be sub-titled in all 23 official EU languages and therefore be easier to distribute in the EU.
